Foreign investors net sold Thai shares by THB 13 billion, institutional investors net bought by THB 32 billion. Outperformers are food, tourism, media and ICT sectors while petrochemicals dropped. Key events include 1) FED revised GDP growth forecast no interest rate hike. 2) Thailand election outcome shows both sides have relatively close numbers of MPs. Wait for clarity on May 9. 3) OPEC cancels the meeting in April.

2.ร่างกฎกระทรวงการอนุญาตประกอบธุรกิจหลักทรัพย์ประเภทการเป็นนายหน้าระหว่างผู้ค้าหลักทรัพย์ เป็นการกำหนดให้ธุรกิจหลักทรัพย์ประเภทการเป็นนายหน้าระหว่างผู้ค้าหลักทรัพย์ ปฏิบัติให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ เงื่อนไข และวิธีการในการประกอบธุรกิจที่คณะกรรมการกำกับตลาดทุนประกาศกำหนด โดยอาศัยอำนาจตามมาตรา 140/1 แห่ง พ.ร.บ.หลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ พ.ศ.2535 ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดย พ.ร.บ.หลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ (ฉบับที่ 6) พ.ศ.2562 แทนการกำหนดเป็นเงื่อนไขในการให้ใบอนุญาตในกฎกระทรวงการอนุญาตประกอบธุรกิจหลักทรัพย์ประเภทการเป็นนายหน้าระหว่างผู้ค้าหลักทรัพย์ พ.ศ.2555

Technical ViewSET dips below 1650, sideways ahead, if dips below 1620, downtrend for sure:  The index declined driven by selling pressure on big caps in energy, food and hospital sectors. As a result, it slips through the last support line of the uptrend at 1650. So we see that the uptrend outlook is finished. The index tends to move sideways in a range of 1620-1655. Recommend wait and see until the index starts to form a base and stops slipping. In the medium term, if it dips below the neckline support at 1620, the trend will switch to downtrend.
