Investment Theme: EC approaches the charter court for ruling on seat formulaThe Election Commission (EC) yesterday announced it had decided to approach the Constitutional Court after finding it difficult to distribute seats due to the complex election system. The commission was studying laws that stipulate how the party-list MP seats should be distributed. The laws are Section 91 of the constitution and Section 128 of the organic law governing the elections of MPs.

บริษัท โรงพิมพ์ตะวันออก จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ EPCO เปิดเผยว่า ที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการบริษัทมีมติอนุมัติให้ บริษัท โซล่า พาวเวอร์ แมเนจเม้นท์ (ประเทศไทย) (SPM) ซึ่งถือหุ้น 100% โดย บริษัท อีสเทอร์น พาวเวอร์ กรุ๊ป (EP) ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทย่อยของ EPCO ที่ถือหุ้นในสัดส่วน 75% เข้าลงนามในสัญญาซื้อขายหุ้นของ  Phu Khanh Solar Power Joint Stock Company (PKS) และสัญญาพัฒนาโคงการโรงไฟฟ้าพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ ที่ จ.ฟูเยี้ยน ประเทศเวียดนาม จำนวน 2 โครงการ ขนาดกำลังผลิตติดตั้ง 109.76 เมกะวัตต์
