นายเมธา อังวัฒนพานิช รองกรรมการผู้จัดการอาวุโส สายงานพัฒนาธุรกิจและพัฒนาโครงการแนวราบ บริษัท แสนสิริ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ SIRI คาดว่าตลาดบ้านเดี่ยวในปีนี้จะเติบโตได้อีก โดยเฉพาะในตลาดบ้านเดี่ยวระดับไฮเอนด์ ซึ่งยังเป็นตลาดที่มีความต้องการอย่างต่อเนื่อง เนื่องจากเป็นรูปแบบหนึ่งของสินทรัพย์ที่เป็นที่ต้องการของผู้บริโภคที่มีรายได้สูง

ทั้งนี้ กกพ.ได้ออกออกประกาศและหลักเกณฑ์การรับซื้อไฟฟ้าโครงการโซลาร์ฟาร์มส่วนราชการฯ โดยการรับซื้อไฟฟ้าดังกล่าวมีปริมาณรวมไม่เกิน 800 เมกะวัตต์ แบ่งการรับซื้อเป็น 2 ระยะ โดยระยะแรกจำนวน 600 เมกะวัตต์ มีกำหนดการจ่ายไฟฟ้าเข้าระบบเชิงพาณิขย์(SCOD) ไม่เกินวันที่ 30 ก.ย.59 ส่วนระยะที่สอง มีกำหนดจ่ายไฟฟ้าในช่วงวันที่ 1 ม.ค.-30 มิ.ย.61
