บริษัท เอสทีพี แอนด์ ไอ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ STPI ระบุว่า การเปลี่ยนแปลงโครงสร้างการถือหุ้นของบริษัท ตามที่นายอนุทิน ชาญวีรกูล หรือ เสี่ยหนู ซึ่งเป็นผู้ถือหุ้นใหญ่ของบริษัท ได้ดำเนินการโอนหุ้นจำนวน 164,590,285 หุ้น คิดเป็นสัดส่วน 10.13% ให้บลจ. ภัทร (รับโอนจาก รมต. อนุทินเพื่อการจัดการทรัพย์สินของรมตฯ)  เมื่อวันที่ 4 กันยายน 2562 เนื่องจากปฏิบัติตามมาตรา 5 และมาตรา 6 แห่งพระราชบัญญัติการจัดการหุ้นส่วนและหุ้นของรัฐมนตรี พ.ศ. 2543 และบทบัญญัติของกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง

The annual average of headline inflation would be more negative in 2020 than the previous assessment. Energy prices collapsed following declining demand due to the dampened global economic activities. Core inflation would remain subdued at a low level. However, headline inflation would rise toward the target in 2021 in tandem with gradually rising crude oil prices and the economic recovery. Medium-term inflation expectations remained anchored within the target.

In the 9-month period, BTS recorded a net profit of THB 4,631mn, rose by THB 2,385mn or 106.2% YoY. Net profit growth was mainly attributable to improved performances within BTS’ Mass Transit and Media businesses and higher share of net profit from investment in U City Public Company Limited (U), following the gain of THB 1,118mn from the sale of Mo Chit Land Company Limited (Mo Chit Land) by U City, being partially offset by higher finance cost and income tax.

ได้แก่ (1) ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยของอุปกรณ์ผู้ใช้งานโดยตรง (End Point Security) (2) ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยบนเครือข่าย (Network Security)  (3) ระบบการบริหารจัดการประสิทธิภาพ (Network Performance and Monitoring) และ (4) ระบบหรือซอฟต์แวร์อื่นๆ ที่บริษัทฯ จำหน่าย (Others) ได้แก่ ซอฟต์แวร์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเข้ารหัสข้อมูล (Encryption Solution) ซอฟต์แวร์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการยืนยันและระบุตัวตน (Authentication) และซอฟต์แวร์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดเก็บข้อมูล (Archiving) เป็นต้น
