SPA recorded a 2Q2019 net profit of THB 47.35 million decreasing 2.41% YoY or THB1.03 million. Net profit is accounted as 14.03% of sales and services revenue. This is the result of the sales growth in SSG and Expansion. SPA and subsidiaries had total revenue of THB 342.74 million, increasing 26.36% or THB 71.50 million from the same period last year. The number of branches has gradually increased from 45 branches in 2Q18 (41 branches domestically and 4 branches overseas) to 60 branches in 2Q19 (53 branches domestically and 7 branches overseas).

อนึ่งเมื่อปลายปี 58 บริษัท TAKUNI ได้ระดมทุนเข้าซื้อหุ้น บริษัท เวลล์ โคราช เอ็นเนอร์ยี จำกัด ด้วยเงินลงทุน 140 ล้านบาท เพื่อจะลงทุนธุรกิจพลังงานเต็มตัว ซึ่งในไตรมาส 1/59 ได้มีการบันทึกผลขาดทุนไป 6.79 ล้านบาทเรียบร้อยแล้ว แต่ในวันที่ 31 พ.ค.59 ที่ผ่านมา บริษัทกลับทำสัญญาขายหุ้น บริษัท เวลล์ โคราช เอ็นเนอร์ยี จำกัด กับ PSTC ซึ่งการขายหุ้นออกในครั้งนี้อาจเป็นการแสดงให้เห็นว่า นายประเสริฐ ตรีวีรานุวัฒน์ กรรมการผู้จัดการ TAKUNI นั้นอาจจะไม่สามารถผลักดันธุรกิจพลังงานทางเลือกให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่วางเอาไว้ก่อนหน้านี้ได้จึงต้องมีการขายหุ้นทิ้งออกไปก่อน
