นายประพล มิลินทจินดา ประธานคณะกรรมการบริหาร บริษัทหลักทรัพย์ เออีซี จำกัด (มหาชน)  หรือ AEC เปิดเผยว่า ที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการบริษัทฯ มีมติอนุมัติให้บริษัทหลักทรัพย์ คิงฟอร์ด จำกัด (มหาชน) เป็นที่ปรึกษาทางการเงินในการปรับโครงสร้างกิจการ ในรูปแบบ Holding Company ซึ่งขณะนี้อยู่ระหว่างการศึกษาข้อมูล และแต่งตั้งบริษัท อวานการ์ด แคปปิตอล จำกัด เป็นที่ปรึกษาทางการเงินอิสระเพื่อให้ความเห็นและคำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับการปรับโครงสร้างกิจการ
