พร้อมชี้แจงว่า การที่ธนาคารออมสินไม่ได้เข้าไปรับจำนำสินเชื่อทะเบียนรถโดยตรง เพราะสินเชื่อลักษณะนี้ไม่ต้องมีการตรวจเครดิตบูโร ซึ่งธนาคารออมสินไม่สามารถทำได้ เพราะ พ.ร.บ.ออมสิน กำหนดว่าหากเป็นหนี้เสียจะไม่สามารถขายหนี้นั้นออกไปได้ แต่การไปร่วมทุนจะสามารถทำได้ จึงเลือกวิธีการร่วมทุนกับบริษัทที่มีใบอนุญาตอยู่แล้ว มีระบบและมีความชำนาญ โดยธนาคารออมสินจะเข้าไปเสริมในเรื่องเงินทุนต้นทุนต่ำ และมีสาขาพันกว่าแห่งทั่วประเทศเป็นช่องทางในการปล่อยกู้ดังกล่าว
สกุลเงินดอลลาร์สหรัฐอ่อนค่าลงเมื่อเทียบกับเงินสกุลหลักๆ ในการซื้อขายที่ตลาดนิวยอร์กเมื่อคืนนี้ (22 พ.ย.) จากแรงกดดันของข้อมูลเศรษฐกิจที่อ่อนแอของสหรัฐ นอกจากนี้ ตลาดยังจับตารายงานการประชุมประจำวันที่ 31 ต.ค.-1 พ.ย. ของธนาคารกลางสหรัฐ (เฟด) ซึ่งมีการเปิดเผยเมื่อวานนี้ โดยกรรมการเฟดส่วนใหญ่มองว่าการปรับขึ้นอัตราดอกเบี้ยในการประชุมเดือนธ.ค.ถือเป็นเรื่องที่เหมาะสม แม้กรรมการเฟดส่วนหนึ่งยังคงมีความเห็นที่แตกต่างกันเกี่ยวกับแนวโน้มอัตราเงินเฟ้อก็ตาม

In addition, there are proponents to invest and give a better return compared to the return that the Company has to develop the project and may be at risk of delays in the project development process. Therefore, the Board of Directors agreed to approve the disposal of the said project.
