ทั้งนี้มองว่า ความท้าทายในอุตสาหกรรมยางธรรมชาติ อุปทานส่วนเกินและการชะลอตัวของอุปสงค์ในธุรกิจยางธรรมชาติส่งผลกดดันทำให้ราคายางธรรมชาติในตลาดโลกปี 2561 และช่วงครึ่งแรกของปี 2562 ลดลง ราคายางธรรมชาติโดยเฉลี่ยในปี 2561 ปรับตัวลดลง 17% เมื่อเทียบกับช่วงเดียวกันของปีก่อน โดยมาอยู่ที่ 1,365 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐฯ ต่อตันในปี 2561 จากเดิมที่ 1,647 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐฯ ต่อตันในปี 2560 อย่างไรก็ตาม ราคายางธรรมชาติทั่วโลกปรับตัวสูงขึ้นเล็กน้อยเป็น 1,455 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐฯ ต่อตันในช่วง 6 เดือนแรกของปี 2562

NESDC found that Covid-19 could threaten 8.4 million workers to experience a job loss, including 2.5 million people (excluding retail and wholesale trading sector) in tourism industry due to the reduction of foreign tourists and domestic tourism, 1.5 million labors in the industrial sector, and 4.4 million out of 10.3 million people in services other than tourism after government has ordered the closure of places such as schools, markets, sports stadiums or shopping malls. 

นอกจากนี้การร่วมมือกับผู้ให้บริการคลาวด์ระดับโลก ทำให้บริษัทฯ ต้องจัดเตรียม Data Center ระดับ Hyperscale  เพื่อรองรับการขยายระบบ และพื้นที่ในการจัดเก็บข้อมูล โดยพบว่าปัจจุบันลูกค้าไม่ต้องการเพียงบริการโครงสร้างพื้นฐานคลาวด์เพียงอย่างเดียว แต่ยังต้องการบริการที่ครอบคลุมถึงการย้ายระบบคลาวด์ไปยัง Hyperscalers, คลาวด์ผสม, บริการจัดการ คลาวด์, บริการพัฒนาระบบ IT ให้ทันสมัย, บริการจัดการความปลอดภัยและสำรองข้อมูล โดยคำนึงถึงเรื่องของ Performance, Scalability, Availability Security
