At first, It was thought that BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited (BTS) and Sansiri Public Company Limited (SIRI) would maintain their lovely relationship in the real estate business after the establishment of a joint venture company to penetrate the condominium market along the BTS line.

อนึ่ง หุ้นเพิ่มทุนที่เสนอขายแก่ PP และการออกหุ้นกู้แปลงสภาพครั้งนี้ เป็นส่วนหนึ่งตามแผนการเพิ่มทุนจดทะเบียน เป็น 1.02 หมื่นล้านบาท จากเดิมที่ 8.19 พันล้านบาท โดยออกหุ้นใหม่ 2.04 พันล้านหุ้น พาร์หุ้นละ 1 บาท โดยจะจัดสรรให้แก่บุคคลในวงจำกัด แบบมอบอำนาจทั่วไป (General Mandate) ไม่เกิน 500 ล้านหุ้น
