สรุปภาวะตลาดภาคเช้า : SET ยังเก่ง Sentiment ในประเทศยังดูดี ไล่ตั้งแต่ เม็ดเงินใหม่จากทริกเกอร์ ฟันด์, ยกเลิกกฎอัยการศึก และเริ่มเห็นแรงซื้อเข้ามาในกลุ่มที่อยู่อาศัย จากประเด็นชะลอออกภาษีที่ดิน และสิ่งปลูกสร้างออกไปไม่มีกำหนด เป็นแรงหนุน SET ปรับขึ้นต่อ เช่นเดียวกับตลาดภูมิภาค ซึ่งเคลื่อนไหวในแดนบวกระดับเขียวกลางถึงเข้ม ทั้งนี้ SET ปิดตลาดภาคเช้าที่ 1537.91 จุด +12.33 จุด ด้วยมูลค่าซื้อขายเพิ่มขึ้นมาที่ระดับ 2.2 หมื่นลบ. กลุ่มหลักพลังงาน และ ICT หนุนตลาด ปิดบวก +1.2% และ +0.8% ตามลำดับ ส่วนแบงก์ปิดบวกเล็กน้อย +0.4%

Gulf Energy Development Public Company Limited (GULF) has submitted a tender to jointly invest in Duqm Power Company L.L.C. (DPC), which is the operator of Duqm Independent Power Water Project with 326 MW of electricity and 1,667 cubic meter per hour of water capacity, with Oman Oil Company S.A.O.C. (OOC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Omani Government, and GULF is officially informed by OOC on September 3, 2018 that GULF has been selected as the successful investor in the Project with an equity interest of 45%.
