นายสมพงษ์ ชื่นกิติญานนท์ ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัท บิสซิเนสอะไลเม้นท์ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ BIZ เปิดเผยว่า แนวโน้มผลการดำเนินงานในช่วงที่เหลือในปีนี้คาดว่าจะเติบโตอย่างแข็งแกร่ง แม้สถานการณ์เศรษฐกิจโดยรวมของประเทศจะได้รับผลกระทบจากการแพร่ระบาดของไวรัสโควิด-19 แต่การดำเนินธุรกิจบริษัท ยังสามารถดำเนินการธุรกิจต่อไปได้ โดยได้รับผลกระทบเพียงเล็กน้อย โดยปัจจุบันมีงานในมือรอรับรู้รายได้ (Backlog) ประมาณ 1,515 ล้านบาท คาดจะทยอยรับรู้รายได้เข้ามาตามแผน 80-90% ในปีนี้

เนื่องจากเห็นว่าทั้ง 4 ย่านคลื่นความถี่ที่เปิดประมูลครั้งนี้ไม่ตอบโจทย์การนำมาใช้คลื่น เพราะมีอุปกรณ์รองรับไม่เพียงพอ แต่ว่า อเล็กซานดรา ไรช์ ยืนกรานต้องการเข้าประมูล เพราะทราบดีว่าหากไม่เข้าร่วมประมูล ภาพลักษณ์ดีแทคในสายตาลูกค้าจะแย่ลง เพราะเท่ากับว่า DTAC ไม่มีคลื่น 5G เหมือนกับที่ DTAC ไม่เข้าประมูลคลื่น 4G เมื่อ 2 ปีก่อน เป็นผลให้มาร์เก็ตแชร์ DTAC ตกจากอันดับ 2 มาอยู่ที่อันดับ 3 ในปัจจุบัน นั่นจึงน่าจะเป็นเหตุผลทำให้อเล็กซานดรา ไรช์ ต้องตัดสินใจลาออกนั่นเอง
