นายวรุณ อัตถากร ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร และประธานกรรมการบริหาร บริษัท พีพี ไพร์ม จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ PPPM เปิดเผยว่า แนวโน้มผลประกอบการปี 63 จะพลิกเป็นบวก หลังจากในปี 62 ได้รับผลกระทบจากการเข้าไปลงทุนในประเทศญี่ปุ่นก่อนหน้านี้จนส่งผลให้ต้องมีการตั้งสำรองฯ ส่วนในปีนี้แม้ภาพเศรษฐกิจในประเทศ จะยังคงชะลอตัว และระดับโลกยังมีความเสี่ยงจากความขัดแย้งที่อาจก่อให้เกิดสงครามและยังมีข้อพิพาททางการค้าที่ยังมีความไม่แน่นอน  ทำให้การดำเนินธุรกิจและการส่งออกยังมีความผันผวนอยู่บ้าง

สำหรับการประชุมในวันที่ 25 มกราคม นั้น ปรากฏข่าวนายทวิช เตชะนาวากุล กรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท ไทยอินดัสเทรียล-เอสเตท เจ้าของนิคมอุตสาหกรรมไฮเทค มีการเปิดตัวคณะกรรมการ 7 รายไปเมื่อ วันที่ 20 มกราคม ที่ผ่านมา เพื่อเตรียมให้ผู้ถือหุ้นลงคะแนนเสียงคัดเลือกเข้ามาปฏิบัติหน้าที่ ในฐานะที่ปัจจุบัน นายทวิช กลายมาเป็นผู้ถือหุ้นใหญ่อันดับหนึ่งของ IFEC ด้วยสัดส่วนการถือหุ้นราว 10.21% ขณะที่ฝั่งนายแพทย์วิชัย ก็ได้ดำเนินการจัดเตรียมคณะกรรมการเพื่อเสนอแก่ผู้ถือหุ้นรายอื่นแล้วเช่นกัน
